Chunky Caramel Popcorn

During this quarantine time, I m sure everyone is busy watching Netflix, Amazon Prime.

Watching episodes, movies, series and passing their days! Why Chilling alone in front of the screen? Must be hungry while watching?

Missing going to Movie Hall and munching your favorite Popcorn flavor?

Here is one of the all time favorite Popcorn flavor – Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients :

1 cup butter

2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3-4 packet of popped popcorn

Direction:

A) Preheat oven to 250 degrees F ( 95 degrees C). Place popcorn in a big bowl

B) In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat.

C) Place in two large shallow baking dishes and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.

Enjoy the Chunky Caramel Popcorn while completing your movie or series in Netflix, until you visit the movie hall next!
