Hey Everyone ! so this quarantine time everyone should try this whipped creamy coffee Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona Coffee is a beverage made by whipping Coffee until it becomes Creamy.
This Coffee was made popular in South Korea.

Ingredients
1. Instant Coffee – 2 tblsp
2. Sugar – 4tblsp or more according to your taste
3. Hot Water – 2 tblsp
4. Cold Milk – as needed
5. Ice Cubes – as needed

Let’s Prepare Dalgona Coffee by following 3 steps:

1. Take coffee, sugar, hot water in a bowl. Mix Well
2. Use a hand blender to whip this till it gets light and fluffy. It will take around 3-5 minutes.
3. Now take a serving glass. Fill with Ice. Add in sweetened milk.
4. Top with the whipped coffee. Sprinkle grated chocolate.
5. Mix well and enjoy.

Never knew how simple ingredients like coffe and sugar could make something soo rich and creamy, not too sweet and not too bitter to taste, but the perfect velvety texture of coffe which is balanced well with cold milk, such a treat for your eyes as well as your tastebuds. And also u can have your own toppings of chocolate syrup or some chocolate shavings. What a bliss!! Dalgona coffe is definitely the saver of this Lockdown situation.Thanx for the receipe Humaira Di.
